The subconscious mind is the ultimate source of connection between God, the universe, and even different realms.
Unfortunately, many of us fail to unlock the potential of the subconscious mind. Failing to understand and unlock the subconscious mind can have several implications ranging from being unaware and having limiting beliefs to stagnation and lack of growth, unnecessary struggles and disappointments.

1. Pray and meditate
Prayer and meditation is a symbol of humility, acknowledging that there is something bigger and greater than you elevates and unlock your mind to see things beyond this earth. When you humble yourself in the spirit, you rise above most things in the physical. This quiet time allows for reflection and inner peace, unlocking a deeper understanding of your desires and purpose. Find a quiet space to pray and meditate and allow your intuition to speak.
2. Start a journal
Reasoning and speaking is important but writing is what seals the deal, you instill what you write. Why do you think documents have to be prepared and signed to seal a deal. Writing your thoughts gives you a direction to where you’re going and where you need to be. You articulate your thoughts when you put them down, whether it be prayers, dreams, desires, affirmation, plans or even your daily activities. You are able to look back and access yourself, improve on what needs to be improved and expressed gratitude on how far you’ve come.
To journal; you should set aside a few minutes each day to reflect, journal with purpose not just for fun and watch your mind transform over time. Check our our store The planner Pallette to purchase some of our beautifully crafted journals and planners.
3. Release your attachment to the “how.”
Make plans, work hard to achieve them, set clear intentions but embrace uncertainty. Trust the journey, let go of the need to be in control and open yourself to unexpected opportunities and paths. Be flexible in your approach and trust that the universe is always working in your favor. This will help reduce anxiety about the future as anxiety can lock your mind and reduce your scope. This will help you view setback as stepping stones for success and realizing that each challenge holds valuable lessons and opportunities for growth. This method of Unlocking your subconscious is a way to discover new and innovative solutions.
4. Be an eagle
There is a saying that states “If you feel lonely when you’re alone, you’re in bad company”. We were created to relate with each other and continuous isolation is never encouraged because it leads people into depression. This video is not telling you to cut everyone off and survive alone. You would always need people no matter what but practice being alone to the point that other people’s actions or decisions no longer have a heavy impact on your life. Find strength in solitude because the time you spend alone allows you to tap into your inner strength, heighten your creativity and strengthen resilience. You are most productive when you are alone. Love yourself to the point that your company means so much to you. You can be an extrovert and schedule time to be alone or do things alone. Know this and you will be so powerful no one can control your life.
5. Always keep a clear and organized space and practice self-care
You are respected and valued when everything about you radiates cleanliness and serenity. You don’t have to do much or say much to impress people but this video is not about how other people perceive you, this video about you, your mind and your subconscious.
Your external environment reflects your internal state and your body is a sacred temple, worthy of care and respect. A clear and organized space promotes mental clarity and a sense of serenity enabling your mind to roam freely and notice changes in the air. When you fail to nourish your body and keep it clean you create room for toxicity to grow in your life thereby blocking access to your subconscious.
Take good care of yourself!
6. Listen to yourself and trust your gut
Intuition is one of the most powerful gifts every human is blessed with, you receive messages and signals but there is so much chaos in the world that prevents humans from listening to these messages. They can be simple messages like reoccurring dreams or a negative feeling about something or someone. They could be simple signs you can pay attention and provide simple solutions to, for example. If you are tired, get some rest. Your body doesn’t feel so strong, exercise. You feel sad, cry it out. Feeling anxious, take a deep breath. You don’t feel like going out, don’t go. You had a bad dream? Pray against it. These solutions may not help in the short term but listening, understanding and answering will tune your subconscious to give clearer signals because the mind trusts that you would do something about it and this provides a pathway to inner wisdom and self-discovery. You could save yourself or a loved one from a chronic illness or even an unfortunate event by just listening and trusting your gut.
7. Be still
In a fast-paced world, you hold a lot of power when you are calm and composed. Being still doesn’t mean you have to be emotionless or hardened, it’s about being gentle and flexible in every situation. Being still is a break from stress, worries, and constant busyness. When you’re still, it’s like a shield against feeling too nervous, angry or scared. It keeps you strong when life gets tough. It helps you to be careful, calm and calculative in all you do. When you are still, you become patient and find clarity to untangle confusion.
8. Talk less, observe and listen more
In the art of communication, find strength in silence and guard your energy. By talking less and listening more, you open the door to deeper understanding and connection with yourself and others. Practice active listening, pause before responding and embrace the power of selective disclosure.
9. Surround yourself with people that radiate positive energy
This point requires a lot self-will and strength. People have different auras, good auras that can contribute positively to your life and negative auras that could impede your growth and cause you to lose track. I’m not telling you to break up with your friends because you had one fight or cut your elder siblings off because they criticized you while growing up. NO! Rather it is wise to access the relationship you have with the people you interact with every single day. Access how they make you feel and if they contribute positively to your life and the kind of energy they give off. If there is no balance and you always feel drained around these people, make a conscious effort to limit the time you spend with them. Know where you’re going!
10. DO NOT LET THE WORLD CONQUER YOU
We take in so much information with the rise in use of social media. New trends, different beliefs, values, motions and arguments every single day. To unlock your subconscious, you must know what information to accept and what to filter away. You must also understand the need to slow down and grasp one thing at a time. You must master yourself before anything else. Challenge yourself to a Dopamine detox, ensure to limit the time you spend on social media, be mindful of the things you watch or listen to.
Embark on this journey with an open heart and a willingness to explore the depth of your subconscious mind. Each step is a practice towards unlocking your true potential and embracing a more fulfilled and peaceful life.
