Chakra meditation is type of meditation practice that focuses on balancing the seven main chakras in the body by imagining the energy flowing smoothly through each chakra. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

The second of the seven chakras, the Sacral Chakra, also known as Svadhisthana, is situated in the lower belly, around two inches below the navel. This chakra regulates our feelings, sensuality, and pleasure, which affects our capacity to form meaningful relationships and completely savor life. When in balance, the Sacral Chakra promotes emotional stability and passion while enhancing creativity, joy, and a healthy sexual life. Problems including mental instability, sexual dysfunction, and a lack of creativity can be brought on by imbalances. Activities like dancing, art, and being near water can help balance the Sacral Chakra by allowing our emotions to flow freely and increasing our capacity for happiness and pleasure.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

Meditation, prayer, introspection, and quiet time are among the practices that can help balance the Crown Chakra, promoting spiritual growth and a deeper understanding of our place in the cosmos.
